Description
- Duration: 75 hours
- Language: Croatian or English (on request)
Objective
Operate yachts from 30 GT to 100 GT, regardless the navigation area.
Course Content:
- Navigation (sailing)
- Ship maneuvering and collision avoidance
- Knowledge of ships and their systems
- Meteorology and oceanography
- Maritime law
- Maritime English
Prerequisites:
- Minimum age: 18
- Identification card or passport
- 1 passport-sized colored photograph
- Medical exam issued by Occupational health practice in the Republic of Croatia or a foreign Medical Centre for Occupational Health which is authorized to issue the Certificate in compliance with the requirements of the STCW Convention 1978, as amended and the Maritime Labour Convention 2006, all after a medical examination performed in accordance with the Rules on Establishing Medical Fitness of Crew Members of Maritime Ships, Boats, and Yachts.
